DT-ITS is one of the Most Attractive Workplaces in Technology category!

DT-ITS has become the third most attractive workplace in the Technology category in PwC’s 2024 Labour Market Survey.

This year, for the eighth time, PwC Hungary surveyed more than 90,000 experienced employees, university students and students in public education or technical training to find out their preferences in choosing a job.

The survey shows that more and more people want to change because of the pressures of constant economic and social change. Compared to previous years, the social environment, workplace framework and flexibility have also become more important. The human aspect has become more important, with a helpful and cooperative team, a prepared and supportive manager, and respect for privacy taking second place to the basic salary.

In addition to exploring workplace preferences, the Most Attractive Workplace of the Year awards were presented in a total of ten industry categories and one overall category based on the ratings of survey respondents, with DT-ITS coming third in the technology category.
