DT-ITS has been awarded the title of Reliable Employer 2023/2024

At the annual general meeting of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK), László Kónya received the award on behalf of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, which was presented to 33 companies this year.

In its application, DT-ITS presented its practical solutions, company policies, benefits, working conditions, development and career opportunities, which were assessed by a professional jury against a detailed set of criteria.
Launched five years ago, the aim of the initiative is to reward companies that provide reliable and exemplary support to their employees, whether in terms of working or living conditions. The solutions and actions taken to achieve this will enhance the “employer branding” of participating companies, i.e. their attractiveness to potential employees.

The award is for two years in all, as the aim is to encourage companies to continually care for and promote sustainable development for the benefit of their employees.
